TP White & Sons Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James O'Toole can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dear Mrs O'toole and family. We want to tell you how sorry we are to hear of Jims passing. My daughter Megan, myself and Elaine were the church buddies of Jim's that sit in the front row at the 10;30 mass at St Rose.My daughter Megan was so in awe of knowing a Reds hall of famer sat behind us a few rows back.I told Jim about this one time after church about 5 or 6 years ago and introduced him to Megan. He was so nice to her and made her day.The most wonderfull part of this story is that since then, after communion Jim and you Betty Jane, would pass in front of our pew and Jim would almost always give Megan a backwads low 5 on her hand.Jim did this even this year.Megan looked so forward to Jims low 5.Jim made so many of us happy.A great man and a great Reds player.I know you and your family lost a wonderfull man but Heaven got a great pitcher. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Kent,Megan and Elaine
