Barbara E. Whitaker (nee Davis) wonderful wife of Horace "Sonny" Whitaker, devoted mother of Cheryl (Ken) Amick, Vicki (the late Robert) VonBokern, Don (Pamela) Brosz, Dallas (Linda) Hale, Jim (Bev) and Gene (Jan) Whitaker, sister of the late Glen, Beecher, and Jim Davis, also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Sept. 18, 2018. Age 89 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Fri. Sept. 21, at 10 AM. Friends may visit on Thur. from 5-7 PM. Memorials to Shriners Hospitals for Children or Alzheimer's Association.
