Blanche Marie Mowell, Age 89 of Union Twp. died October 13, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Douglas H. Mowell, devoted mother of Linda (Rick) Bachofner, Patricia (Paul) Heck, Debbie (Bernie) Bieri, loving grandmother of Melissa (Alex) Day & William (Jennifer) Heck, caring great-grandmother of Emma,, Aiden, Audrey, Elijah Heck, & William Day, and dear sister of the late Mary, Katherine, & James.
