Carrie "Dee" D. Oetzel (nee Warman), wife of the late John "Bill" W. Oetzel, beloved mother of Karen, Joyce, Robert, Steve, the late Donald Jr., Kenneth, Richard, Keith, Terry, Ronnie, and Mark, devoted sister of David, the late Delbert, Dora, Mammie, Betty, George, Bud, Art, and Leo, daughter of the late Sam and May Warman, also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Passed away July 5, 2023 at age 96. Formerly of Mt. Washington. A Celebration of Life will be held later.
