David Alan Russell Hahn, age 15 of Anderson Twp., went to be with Jesus on February 11, 2017. He was the cherished son of Philip and Amy Hahn, devoted brother of Rose, Rachel, and Matthew Hahn, loving grandson of Dave and Kathy Powell & Alan and Judi Hahn, dear nephew of Julie andTravis Borkosky, Rebekah and Quinn Ford, and Cyndi and Shandon Stamper. Also survived by many loving cousins and friends.

David was a Freshman at Anderson High School where he was a member of the marching band. Beside playing in the jazz band at Nagel Middle School he enjoyed acting where he had roles in both Shrek and Footloose. He will be remembered for being compassionate, kind, funny, loving and incredibly smart. David loved playing keyboard, composing music, making jokes and sarcastic comments, being in marching band and playing video games. In the words of his mother Amy, "There are no words for how huge this loss is or how deeply he will be missed. I love you David and will see you in heaven someday. Please everyone hug your kids tighter today; life is short and unpredictable"

A celebration of David's life will be held at Parkside Christian Church 6986 Salem Rd., Anderson Twp., on Friday, February 17th at 7 pm. Friends may visit at the church on Friday from 4 to 7 pm. A private family interment will take place at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill, KY.
