Floyd Hampton, age 83 of Union Twp., died October 10th, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Patricia Murphy Hampton, devoted father of Gerald Hampton, David (Nickie) Hampton, and the late Floyd Hampton Jr., loving grandfather of James Dyer, Linda Dyer, and the late Steven Dyer, and caring great-grandfather of Odin Marthaler, son of the late Fred and Lucinda Hampton and brother of the late Carl Hampton and Katherine Purdon. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Graveside services will be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery on Saturday, October 13th at 2:30 pm. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Saturday from 12 to 2 pm.
