Harold Ryder, age 95 of Anderson Twp., died September 9, 2019. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara I. Ryder (nee Fowler), devoted father of Susan Flynn, Nicholas (Diane) Ryder, Mary (Ronald) Strack, and Jane (Jeffrey) Hodges, loving grandfather of Christopher, Michelle, Justin, Teresa, Ronnie, David, and Jessica, caring great-grandfather of 10, and dear brother of Mary Marshall, Winifred Denton, and the late Lillian Orchard and William Ryder. He proudly served in the British Army, 6th Airborne Division from 1943 to 1947. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church on Thursday, September 12 at 10:30 am.
