Irene Tilly

Tilly, Irene Rose, 93 years, lived the last years of her life with and cared for by her daughter Cherise, passed away and went to be with her Lord on Oct. 30, 2015. Irene was born April 24, 1922 in Breckenridge, MN where she met and married her late husband U S Navy Lieutenant Alfred Tilly during WW II. They moved to Cincinnati and operated Tilly Pharmacy in Mt. Washington. Beloved mother of Schuyler (Susan), Clair, Cheryl (Gil) and Cherise, also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends. Oh how she loved the 'Girls'. Family and friends may gather for a graveside service at Guardian Angels Cemetery Anderson Twp. on Sat. Nov. 7, at 11 AM. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Heritage Center Eight Mile Rd and Forest Rd Anderson Twp. Sat. Nov. 7, from 12 Noon to 3 PM with limited parking.
