James Patrick Pat McCormick, 75, of Cincinnati, OH passed away peacefully on July 4, 2020 after a long battle with Alzheimers disease. Loving husband for 53 years of Nancy McCormick. Father of Jen (Scott) McLachlan and Mike (Kristin) McCormick; and grandfather of Emily and Alex McLachlan and Dylan, Anna, and Caroline McCormick. After graduating from Michigan Statue University, Pat joined General Motors in Detroit, Michigan. He later received a masters degree from Wayne State University, as he continued to work at GM. He loved the car business and the people he worked with over a successful 34-year career there. Pat was happiest on the water and traveling the world on many adventures to places like Italy, The British Isles, Moscow, and Dubai. Because of COVID-19, there will not be a public gathering held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association of Cincinnati (alz.org/cincinnati) or a charity of your choice.
