Jill C. Neal (nee Hopper) age 53 of Union Twp., died December 29, 2020. She was the beloved daughter of Betty and Micheal Forbes and the late John E. Hopper, loving mother of Ashley (Aysha Brunner), Zachary, and the late Ryan Andrew Neal, loving sister of John Hopper, aunt of John Ethan and Emma Hopper, granddaughter of the late Mark & Helen Inlow and John & Charlotte Hopper, daughter-in-law of Josefa Neal and the late Robert Neal. Jill is also survived by the father of her children and friend, John J. Neal. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt.
