Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I will never forget when he gave me my award for being a school Crossing guard. I still have it. He was amazing!!!

Condolence: Mr. Dumont was a principal who served as a model for my future profession. He was my principal for my seven years at Miami Hills. The only time I ever knew my parents to visit the school principal’s office was following a parent-teacher Conference. The teacher had informed him that I was a little “slow”, you know, the kinder word for “retarded.” I was a quiet one. He looked up my test scores, reviewed my records, and assured my mom and dad that I was not “slow” easing my parents’ concern quite a bit! Of course I never knew about this until years later. I became a teacher years later, then an elementary school principal. I always remembered his intervention on my behalf and in fact, stood up for a student or two (or more) over the years who needed an advocate in the principal’s office. In education you often don’t know the impact you had. I’m sure that is the case with my story. Your loved one had an impact on me, my future, and many students after. I extend my sincere, albeit tardy gratitude to my principal and heartfelt condolences to his family.

Condolence: I am sorry for the death of your dear Mr. Dumont. The God of heavens shares your loss (Ezekiel 18:32).  He plans to eradicate all sources of suffering, including death (Revelation 21:3-5).  He promises to return him back younger and in perfect health (Hosea 13:14; Job 33:25).  Jesus taught us to pray for that marvelous time at Matthew 6:9-10.  I have found the free website, JW.ORG, most helpful in finding more related verses.  It is my sincere wish that it will help you as well.  My heartfelt condolences to all of you.  Psalm 37:11, 29.

Condolence: It was my pleasure and privilege to have known and worked alongside Jack during my early years in education, the mid 1970s, till his retirement from the Madeira City Schools. Jack was an endearingly thoughtful, humble, caring, and honorable educator and person. He was committed to his students, colleagues, parents, and the Madeira community. Jack was one of the most competent and conscientious of school administrators, and ever-loyal to the Madeira City Schools' mission. He was an impactful and engaging mentor, always trusted, and empathetically wise. Please accept my sincerest condolences on Jack's passing, and my continued admiration and respect for a "true gentleman."

Condolence: I’m so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how you must feel. I have found comfort in scriptures like Job 14:14,15 which remind me that God cares so deeply for us that he yearns for the day when he will bring us back to life on earth (John 5:28, 29). I hope that these words bring you comfort as well.
