Obituary for John R. Smith
Clermont County, OH -- Beloved husband of Esther Smith (nee Rawlings) for 51 years. Loving
father of John (Rob) Smith Jr. (Lorry), Debbie Speeg, the late Cindy Haustetter, James
Haustetter (Kathy), and Jerry Haustetter (Kelly). Dear brother of the late Luther Smith, Jerry
Smith and Nancy Inabnitt (Ken). Devoted son of the late Alma and John B Smith. Cherished
grandfather of 12 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Also survived by his many nieces,
nephews, other family and friends. He passed away peacefully at home after battling a long
history of heart disease on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 81 years of age. John was a 36 year member of the J. B. Covert Lodge NO. 437. A Memorial Visitation will be held on July 19, 2022 at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Avenue, Mt. Washington from 10 AM to 11 AM with a Masonic Service at 11 AM and a Memorial Service to follow.
