Joseph E. Christmann, age 84 of Mt. Washington, died November 9, 2022. Joe was known as "Coach," having spent 38 years coaching in the Mt. Washington and Guardian Angels football programs. He was the beloved husband of 61 years to Mary Anne Christmann (nee Moeller), devoted father of Joseph E. Jr. (Lisa Yates), Jeffrey (Elizabeth), John (Julie), James (Holly), and the late Julie Christmann, loving grandfather of Nate (Em), Hannah, Jake, Alex, Sam, and Ben, and caring brother of Carolyn (the late Robert) Stein and the late Sarah Christmann. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Rose Church on Saturday, November 26th at 12:10 pm. Friends may visit in the church undercroft on Saturday from 11 am to 12 Noon. A private family interment will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be directed to the charity of the donors choice.
