Joseph W. Arlinghaus, Sr. 85, of Anderson Twp., passed away on Feb. 7, 2021 from Covid-19. Joe was an avid fan of the crossword puzzles, Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Bengals, UK basketball and his grandkids. Joe was a 25 -year veteran of the City of Cincinnati Police Department and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is the beloved husband of Lois Arlinghaus (nee Turner), devoted father of Alice (Tom) Rolfes, Joseph W. (Barb), Mark, and the late Mary Anne Arlinghaus. Loving grandfather of John, Mark, Maryanne Francis, Georgia Arlinghaus, Zack and Eric Rolfes. Son of the late Marcella and Edwin Arlinghaus. He was the 12th of their 15 children. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church, Mt. Washington on Fri. Feb. 19, at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit at the Church on Fri. from 9:30-10:30 AM.
