Leonard T. "Lonnie" Gates Sr., beloved husband of Kathleen A. "Kathy" Gates (nee Holt), devoted father of Leonard T. "Lonnie" Gates Jr. and Brent M. Gates, dear brother of Monte R. Gates, loving grandfather of Brent J. and Joseph M. Gates, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Sept. 13, 2018. Age 75 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church Mt. Washington on Thur. Sept. 20, at 10:30 AM. Friends may visit at Guardian Angels Church Mt. Washington on Thur. from 9:15-10:15 AM with the Delhi Hills Lodge # 775 F&AM service at the Church on Thur. at 10:15 AM. Memorials to Shriners Hospitals for Children. Lonnie served in the US Army during Vietnam.
