Smallwood beloved husband of Nancy Smallwood (nee Bilby) devoted father of the late Gregory Smallwood and Cindy Smallwood, caring son of the late Charles and Goldie Smallwood (nee Holt), devoted brother of the late Virgie Ast, William Smallwood and Charles Smallwood Jr. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
