Dear Angie, Kathie, and Mary
"O Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you.
Be our strength every morning,
our salvation in time of distress."
Isaiah 33: 2
Your mom and dad were a lot of fun and good sports! Living across the street from them allowed us to enjoy the cheerful Christmas outdoor decorations, the seasonally "well dressed" goose statue nestled in the front yard, and the many waving flags on July 4th. To this very day at Christmas time, my adult and out of town daughter will ask me, "Is Mr. Mayer's Santa face hanging up on the front of their house, yet?" And I'll always remember their "Garden of weedin' stone" in the front plantings!
Neighbor and friend, Nancy Gardiner
