Mava Thelma Wass, age 98 of Columbia Tusculam, died January 24, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Wass, devoted mother of Michael (Elaine) Wass and the late Harriett Hock, loving grandmother of Deanne (Kevin) Leland and Denise (John) Castle, caring great-grandmother of Sarah (Brett) Riesenberg, Chris (Morgan) Leland, Jacob and Dylan Castle, adored great great-grandmother of Noel, Lyla, Opal, and Posy Riesenberg, dear sister of Arthur and the late Elsworth, Edwin, Donald, Joanie, Gracie, Rose Marie, Norma, and Vernie, and cherished friend of Susan Lichtenbaum. Funeral service will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Monday, January 31st at 12 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 10 am to 12 pm.
