Patricia L. Koch (nee Justice) age 84, of Clermont County, died March 21, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late James J. Koch, devoted daughter of the late Stephen and Clara Stoy Justice, dear sister of Thomas (Joan) Justice, William (the late Judith) Justice, Karen (Timothy) Hogan, and the late Marilyn (Henry) Drew, Daniel, Robert, and John Justice. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws Freda and Patricia Justice and many loving nieces and nephews. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, private family services will be held.
