Raymond B. Kennard Jr., age 70 of New Richmond, died July 13, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Sharon (Shari) J. Kennard, devoted father of Nathan (Melissa) Kennard, and loving grandfather of Olivia Kennard. At his request, a private family service will be held.
