Obituary for Richard L. Hill
Richard L. Hill, age 67 of Union Twp., died May 25, 2023. He was the beloved son of the late Charles and Dorothy Hill, devoted father of Benjamin (Jessica) Hill, Amy (Tim) Dunn, Lisa (David) Blakely, and Geoffrey (An) Hill, loving grandfather of Ashley (David) Sietsma, Brandon (Jazmine), Daniel, Timothy, Matthew, Rachel, Ruth, and Elijah Hill, Elizabeth, Parker, and Adaline Dunn, Nathan, Samuel, Brandon, Warren, Blakely, Owen, and Jovie Hill, caring great-grandfather of Aiden and Logan Sietsma, and dear brother of Geoffrey Hill, Char Gray, Dorothy Wetzel, Trish Moore, Janine Michaels, and the late Charles "Steve" Hill. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
In memory of our beloved father, uncle, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather; we celebrate Rich Hill, his passions, and the profound and lasting impact he had on our lives. Rich found joy in golfing, fishing, painting, studying the Bible, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren. As a Christian, Marine, police officer, friend, confidant, sage, builder, and practical jokester, Rich leaves a legacy of love, dedication, justice, happiness, and enthusiasm - which will remain in our hearts and in our memories.
Funeral service will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Thursday, June 1st at 7 pm where friends may visit from 5 pm until the time of service at 7 pm.
