Obituary for Sally Bunker Fellerhoff

Sally Bunker Fellerhoff died July 25, 2022, just a few weeks shy of her 91st birthday, after a full and joyous life, the last few years of which remained very active despite the steady progression of Parkinson's disease. Sally was the widow first of Judge William Fellerhoff and later again of Mr. Gregory Olberding. Sally grew up in Hyde Park, raised her family in Mt. Washington, served her city, and traveled the world. Sally is survived by her six children: Libby Hunt (Kevin), Ellen Schofield (Phillip), Martha (Michael DeFrancesco), Becky, Matt (Pam), and Christopher (Danielle); thirteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many step and foster grandchildren from her own and her children's lovingly blended families; and her brothers Joe and Jack Bunker. Sally was also preceded in death by her beloved parents, Henry and Mary Blanche (Maggini) Bunker.

In addition to being a matriarch-homemaker who nurtured a happy and grateful family, Sally was a lifelong communications professional, as well as an employee, board member, and volunteer for several faith-based and other community organizations. Sally served one term on Cincinnati City Council and was Vice-Mayor in 1984. Sally was a proud alumna of Ursuline Academy, Our Lady of Cincinnati ("Edgecliff") College, and the Athenaeum of Ohio. Sally was a longtime and very active member of both Guardian Angels and Bellarmine parishes.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 30, at 11 A.M., Bellarmine Chapel, Xavier University; visitation also at the Chapel beginning at 10 A.M.; burial at Guardian Angels Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Ursuline Academy or the Ursulines of Brown County. Go to www.tpwhite.com for full obit and the link for live streaming for the Mass.https://youtu.be/l48myvhduec
