Thelma C. Schultz (nee Oakley) age 96 of Anderson Twp and formerly of Portsmouth, died January 9, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul F. Schultz, devoted mother of Paulette Whitaker, loving grandmother of John D. (Nalia) Whitaker, and caring great-grandmother of Avery T. and Aiden F. Whitaker. Also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, Cindy Oakley (John) Farrow, Theresa Oakley, Jamas Oakley, and Amy & Beth Vanhoose and many caring great nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents James H. and Mary Thornberry Oakley, her twin sister Elma C. Oakley, and her siblings James R. Oakley, Beecher Tunis Oakley, Blanche Oakley Vanhoose, Ruth K. Oakley, and Elci Olive Oakley. She loved to spend time gardening and was a longtime employee of U.S. Playing Card. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Thursday, February 4th from 3 to 5 pm. A committal service will be held in the chapel at Memorial Burial Park, Wheelersburg, OH. on Friday, February 5th at 12 pm.
