Obituary for Thomas A. "Tom" Skeens
Thomas A. Skeens, age 68 of Mason and formerly of Middletown, died May 12th, 2019.
Tom started working at a young age. He rode his bike to The JUG. Then it was on to Armco, The City of Middletown, Armco, and A/K (including being outsourced to Johnson Control & RMI)
Tom at one time coached T-ball in Trenton, Ohio & loved golf, music (Favorite: Grateful Dead) & Mustangs
Tom worked crossword puzzles and was an avid reader Tom loved to grille & cook He made The BEST spaghetti sauce
Tom was a quiet man with a very dry sense of humor that walked into many hearts. He was a loyal Friend, good Dad/Pappy/Papaw, Husband and will be missed. Love you Tom :-)
He was the beloved husband of Marlayne Skeens, devoted father of Susan Rebecca Skeens, Cynthia Diane Skeens, and Chad Nathan Russell, and caring grandfather of Hunter Dehart, Samantha Russell, Remie Russell, Addysin Skeens, and Tommy Skeens. Also survived by one great-grandson. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Marie Skeens and his sister Janice Dohn.
