Obituary for William D. Bibb
William (Bill) Desmond Bibb, beloved husband of Mary Beth Holley, dear brother of Donald Sherman Bibb, Jr., devoted son of the late Donald Sherman Bibb, Sr. and Mattie (Barger) Frei, and also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. After a long illness, Bill passed away on September 23, 2022 (age 66) surrounded by family. At the time of his passing, Bill was a resident of Anderson Township, and grew up near Coney Island.
Bill retired from Osborne Coinage/Doran Manufacturing in 2018 and became a caretaker of his ailing father-in-law. All his life Bill was an artist and musician at heart. He produced music alone and with fellow bandmates, wrote poetry, and began painting after he retired. He has always had a love of nature and outdoor activities.
A private celebration of life memorial will be announced at a later date to family and friends.
