Addie May "Penny" Vail (nee Marcum), age 64, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on September 11, 2026. Penny was the mother of Adam Vail, Josh Vail, & the late Raymond Vail. Loving grandmother of Ray Jr. & Alexis. Sister of Stella Marcum, Trish Marcum, Shirley Colleta, Fred Marcum, Ed Marcum, the late Judy, & the late Patsy. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 18th, 2026, at 11:00am at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington. Friends may visit the funeral home on Friday from 10:00am-11:00am.
