Andrew "Andy" V. Carroll

Andrew Carroll, age 56, passed away May 12,2026. Born December 21,1969 to the late Mark G. Carroll Jr., MD and MaryAnn (Frey) Hogan. He attended St Vivian's School and was a 1988 St. Xavier High School graduate. Andy dedicated 22 years of service to the City of Cincinnati. He was highly regarded by his colleagues as a "great friend and co-worker" who possessed a unique gift for making everyone around him feel truly appreciated.

Beyond his professional life, Andy was a beloved uncle. Whether he was performing magic tricks, sharing endless jokes or cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals. He was the heart of the "kids table". A talented woodworker, he left behind cherished memories in the form of personalized stools and doll furniture.

He is survived by his siblings: Patty Carroll of Indianapolis; David Carroll, Cathy (Glenn) Kuhlman, Mark, Jeanne, Jim, and Julie Carroll, all of Cincinnati. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews: Savannah (Rodrigo) Sanchez, Holly and Johnny Carroll and Meredith and Carson Kuhlman. He was proceeded in death by his parents and sister, Sue Carroll.

A reception to celebrate Andrew's life will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home on Friday May 22, 2026 from 3:00 to 4:30 pm. with a blessing to follow.
