Carol Ann Donahue (nee McDonald), wife of Tim Donahue and daughter of the late John Donald "Don" McDonald and Margaret Thornton and sister to Dan McDonald, passed away at home on May 4, 2026 after a brave struggle with Parkinson's Disease.Carol was mother to Thomas (wife Sharon), Kevin and John (wife Hathi) Donahue. Proud grandmother of: Sidney, Katie, Evan, Jacob, Zoe and Anthony.Carol graduated from Seton High School and attended Normandale (MN) and Sinclair (OH) colleges. In addition to being a great Mom and homemaker, Carol was a very successful Real Estate Agent. She also did amateur acting with the Eden Prairie and Minnetonka, Minnesota Players.Carol was active in the various Catholic parishes were her family lived in Cincinnati, Milwaukee, Dayton, Minneapolis and Salt Lake City as Lector, Eucharist Distributor, Wedding Coordinator, Christ Renews His Parish and Parish Council.Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Veronica Church, 4475 Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Rd., on Friday, May 15 at 10 a.m. where family and friends may visit from 9 a.m. until time of Mass. Inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers: Donations to either The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Seton High School, Friends of Batahola or a charity of your choice. T.P.
