Charles A. Gable, age 88, passed away on November 5, 2026. Beloved husband of Katherine Gable (nee Smithson) of 68 years, loving father of Anita Reichardt, Edwin Gable, John Gable, Pamela Gable, Kenneth Gable, Tina (Gary) Mclain and Christopher Gable, proud grandpa of Samantha, Tristan, Amy, Angela, Stephanie, Alicia, Dustin and Tiara, and great grandpa of 11, dear brother of William (Nancy) Gable, Peggy (Rick) Roling, Betty (Monty) Hinton, Mary (the late Paul) Wickersham, Carol (the late Ronald) Seward, Vera (Everett) Richardson, Ruth (the late Eugene) Taylor and the late Dorothy (Eugene) Kitchell, James (Geta), and Donald Gable and son of the late Carl and Elvera Gable. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, November 11 at 12:30PM at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave.). Friends may visit the funeral home on Wednesday from 11-12:30. Burial immediately following the service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
