Charles "Charlie" W. Sollberger

August 14, 1931 — January 17, 2026

Charles (Charlie) Wesley Sollberger, beloved husband to the late Lynn Sollberger. Father to Patty Bonacorsi (Chris) and the late David Sollberger. Stepfather to Michael Wagner (Roselyn) and Jen Hepburn (Chuck). Grandfather to Michael (Alana), Isabella, Julianna, Francesca Bonacorsi and great-grandfather to Michael and Alana's children, Cecilia and Adeline Bonacorsi. Uncle to Steve Adriansen (Kathy) and Jennifer Gregory (Dan).

Charlie served in the US Air Force from 1951-1955 during the Korean War. He was a member of Mt. Washington Baptist Church, American Legion Post 484, and of the Scottish Rite and Blue Lodge.

He delivered Meals On Wheels and served his community through SEM, City Gospel Mission, and the Racetrack Ministries. He held several offices at Post 484 and worked and chaired many annual events. He volunteered at Boys' State for seventeen years.

He wanted to be remembered for always being on time which was his humble way of caring and respecting others. He will be missed by his family, friends, and community.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30th at 11AM at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington. Friends may visit from 10-11AM. Memorial donations to Mt. Washington Baptist Church.
