Hoffman (nee Ormond) beloved mother of Kevin (Elizabeth) and Sean Hoffman, dear grandmother Colleen and Caroline Hoffman, devoted sister of Maureen Dorsey, Brian, and Patrick Ormond, best friend, her dog Lexie.
