David L. Highfield

David Louis Highfield, 85, of Cincinnati, passed away Aug. 1, 2026. He was born July 29, 1941, in Maysville, Kentucky, to the late James Highfield and Thelma Mers Highfield. His siblings are Myron Highfield and the late James (Jimmy) Highfield and Mary Highfield.

Beloved husband of 62 years to Nadine (Naugle) Highfield. Loving father to Leeann (Joe) Trauth, Chris (Colleen) Highfield, and Julie (Eric) Trott. Cherished grandfather to Emily (Will) Gerhardt, Jake (Lauren) Trauth, Ryan Highfield, Maddie Highfield, Sam Trott, and Cary Trott. Adoring great-grandfather to Parker Trauth.

Services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Anderson Hills Church, 7515 Forest Rd, Cincinnati. Pastor Jonathan Kollmann will preside. A lunch will be served following the service to welcome family and friends.
