David Todd Miller, affectionately and respectfully referred to as Todd, was

born on December 26, 1940, in the town of Portsmouth, Ohio. On July 8,

2023, Todd gently released his hold on life, surrounded by his family and

loved ones. Todd is survived by his devoted wife Carolyn Marie Miller. He

was preceded in death by his beloved son David Bryan in a tragic accident at

the age of eleven. He leaves his three cherished daughters Desiree,

 granddaughter Danielle (Elias), great grandsons Maximo & Elio; Dawn (Eric);

Rachel (John), grandsons Josiah & Niko. Along with Carolyns children, son

Jerry (Muay), and daughters Kim (Jeff), and Suzi (Gary), numerous

grandchildren and great grandchildren continue to grace their family.

Todd was blessed with three siblings, brother Butch, Kent (Gail), and

their sister Teresa (late Jack), whom he shared special bonds with, his nieces

Jaysha (Jeremy) & Kristin, whom he loved dearly, as well as lifelong friends

 Jeanne and Donald Thomas.

Todd was a skilled machinist who stood out in his profession. The

passion he had for his craft ignited inspiration in those fortunate to learn

from him. Early in his career, he worked on the guidance systems for the

Apollo missions, meeting many astronauts who expressed that they were

putting their lives in his hands. Todd retired from Procter & Gamble where he

had a long successful career and had many patents. Throughout his personal

life, Todd was a passionate coach who saw sports as a powerful avenue for

character and growth. His mentorship profoundly impacted many young

people in life, instilling values, teamwork, and self-discipline.

Rest in peace, Todd. As the scripture says, You have fought a good

fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith (2 Timothy 4:7).

Your memory shall forever shine as a beacon of love, light, and enduring

 strength.

In lieu of a traditional funeral, there will be a Celebration of Life on July

16 th , 2023, at 4pm, at 4088 Glen Este Withamsville Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45245.

Todd was an avid Reds fan, so those wishing to wear Reds attire, or your
