Elizabeth D. Phillips (nee Stropes), age 71 of Batavia, passed away, November 11, 2024. She was the beloved mother of Tammy (David) Morsch and Amy Osei, devoted grandmother of Abigail, Samantha, & Wesley Morsch, caring sister of Douglas Stropes and the late Alfred and Trudy Stropes, and loving daughter of the late Alfred and Elizabeth Boyer Stropes, and dear friend of Christine (John) Clark. Graveside service will be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery on Friday, December 6th at 12 pm.
