Wisby, beloved mother of Kelly and the late Steven, dear sister of Ann-Marie, Joyce, Woodrow, Carl, Kathleen, Charles, James, Thomas, John, Margaret, the late Francis, and William, loving grandmother of Ashley, Samantha, Matthew, and Christopher, also survived by many nieces and nephews.
