Frances "Bella" Tarpoff

June 30, 1930 — May 20, 2025

Frances "Bella" Tarpoff (nee Stumpo), age 94 of Anderson Twp., passed away, May 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Nickola P. Tarpoff, devoted mother of Donna (Mike) Chaney, Debbie, Toni, and Nick (Beverly) Tarpoff, loving grandmother of Michael (Jennifer) Chaney, Taylor (Sarah) Tarpoff, and Nicole (Channing) Klein, cherished great-grandmother of Connor, Corbin, Lincoln, and Bella, caring daughter of the late Frank and Carmella Altimari Stumpo, and dear sister of Mary Stumpo, Santa McDaniel, Anna Lawson, Regina Wainscott, and the late Concetta Stumpo, Janette Hemsil, Elizabeth Boehl, Angelina Halloran, Dominic, Joe, Carmen, and Louis Stumpo. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Bella was and is everything her name portrays… beautiful. She’d light up a room with her joyful spirit and passion for life. Bella knew how to have fun no matter where she was or what she was doing. Her favorite way, however, was to be with her beloved family.

Whether you were king of the ball or the man on the street on the way in, she had a way of making every person she met feel like the most special soul she’d ever encountered. Perhaps it’s because SHE is the most special any of us have ever encountered so she always lived from an overflowing cup.

We will miss her here but are so glad she’s finally in the place where joy is the currency. We know she feels more at home than she ever has. We’ll see you soon our beautiful Frances “Bella” Tarpoff. Salute!

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Monday, June 2nd at 10 am where family and friends may visit from 9 am until time of Mass.
