Gary L. Reynolds, age 80 of Cincinnati and formerly of West Portsmouth and Omaha, NE., passed away December 13, 2025. He grew up on the West side and was a 1964 graduate of West Portsmouth High School.
He was the beloved husband of Lois L. Reynolds (nee Owens), devoted father of Megan (Scott) Newberry and Lt. Col. William (Heather) USAF Ret., and loving grandfather of Owen and Corbin Newberry and Nate and Maci Reynolds. He was preceded in death by his parents, John "Charlie" and Olive L. Warner Reynolds and his siblings, Joe Reynolds, Lillian Waller, and Bob Reynolds.
Proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Committal service will be held at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W. Third St., Dayton, on Tuesday, January 6th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating blood to your local blood bank or a donation of your time or charitable consideration to your favorite animal rescue or shelter.

Special instructions for those that are attending the committal service: Upon entering the main gate off of Third St., please turn right and pull into the assembly area (farthest lane from the Administration Building). Please plan to arrive at Dayton National Cemetery by 10:45 am.
