George A. Bates, age 91, passed away, June 3, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyn A. Bates (nee Mills) who preceded him in death on December 23, 2021. He is survived by his devoted children, David (Kelly) Bates and Barb (Craig) Wallace and his loving grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A celebration of George and Carolyn's life will be held on Saturday, August 1st from 1 to 3 pm at the J.B. Covert Masonic Lodge, 848 Clough Pike, 45244.
