Parlier, James Kenneth, Age 72 of East End, died December 26, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Rosanna Casey Parlier, devoted father of Scott Parlier and the late Kenneth Wayne Parlier, dear brother of Juanita Shaw. Also survived by 2 nieces and other loving relatives & friends. A graveside service will be held at Tate Twp. Cemetery in Bethel on Tuesday, January 3rd at 1 pm.
