Joan Charlotte Ford

Joan Charlotte Ford (née Topmoeller), age 95, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio, with family at her side.

Born on June 1, 1930, Joan was a longtime resident of Anderson Township, where she lived for 53 years. She was the devoted wife of the late Thomas R. Ford, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage.

Joan was the cherished daughter of the late Joseph C. and Dorothy M. Topmoeller and the beloved sister of the late Alice Dooley, Dottie Gels, and Ruth McCarthy Zumberg. She is survived by many nieces and nephews who will remember her with love and gratitude.

Joan was known for her great faith and deep devotion to her family-qualities that guided her throughout her life and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Wednesday, November 5th at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church prior to the Mass from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Joan will be laid to rest at St. Mary Cemetery in St. Bernard.
