Lester Blevins

Blevins, Lester, age 84 years, passed away on Oct. 24, 2014. Dearly loved husband of Doris Janet Blevins, loving father of Eva, Harold, Russell, and Neal, step-father of Debbie Latham and the late Jeffrey Alford, son of the late Cora Lee Privett and Ira David 'Houston' Blevins, preceded in death by 3 sisters and 7 brothers, also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-granddaughters. Lester received a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart during the Korean War. He was also a member of the Milford Lodge #54 F&AM and attained the honor of the High Priest. He will be missed by so many. Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Thur. Oct. 30, at 12 NOON by the Stuart Luginbuhl American Legion Post #72. Friends may visit on Wed. from 5-7 PM with the Milford Lodge #54 F&AM and Scottish Rite Ring services at 7 PM. Memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project.
