Linda Day Rohrer, age 75, passed away suddenly on August 2, 2025. Born on May 16, 1950, and raised in St. Bernard, Ohio, Linda was one of eight siblings and a proud graduate of St. Clement's Grade School and Our Lady of Angels High School.
A lifelong example of dedication and resilience, Linda built a remarkable 37-year career at Procter & Gamble, where she rose to the position of Assistant Secretary. Following her father's advice to embrace every opportunity, she advanced steadily from her start right out of high school-always driven, humble, and sharp.
Linda is survived by her devoted daughter, Dawn Mooser, and son-in-law Chris Mooser, as well as four beloved grandchildren: Joseph, J.T., Jeanie, and Ginger. She was a cherished sister to Donna Immenhort (Harold), Barbara Brossart, Mike Day (Margie), Pattie Fossaluzza (Dave), Ken Day, Jerry Day (Susan), and David Day (Lisa), and a treasured aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She was happy to be greeted in heaven by her loving parents, Ken and Dolores Day. Linda was deeply proud of her father, who served as Chief of Police in their hometown of St. Bernard-a point of honor she often shared with pride. She was also surely met with love by her two cherished cats, Caesar and Cleo.
Linda had a sharp mind, an incredible memory, and a love for fun. She could recall the smallest details-what someone wore decades ago or what was said at a particular moment. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and celebrating Christmas, which she made magical every year. She loved a good glass of Dewar's scotch, was fiercely competitive, and never passed up a chance to play games-whether it was cards, Yahtzee, or board games with her daughter and grandchildren. Casino trips with her dear friend Bonnie brought her joy-not just for the chance to win, but for the giveaways, the laughs, and the friendship.
Linda quietly and generously ensured her grandchildren's futures, setting aside funds for each of them to attend college-always thinking ahead, always giving. She loved traveling to Fort Myers to cheer on her brother Mike playing baseball, and she treasured time on Sanibel Island with her daughter and grandchildren, shell hunting and enjoying the sea breeze. At the time of her passing, she was in the middle of a home renovation she was thrilled about-finally treating herself to a long-awaited kitchen upgrade. Though she was able to see the cabinets and flooring installed, she passed before it was complete.
She was also deeply grateful for the neighbors who looked after her with such care over the years-shoveling snow, picking up mail, or simply offering their friendship. Their kindness was a constant blessing in her life.
Linda was cremated, and her ashes are located at Niche No. 21, Tier C, Our Lady of the Rosary "Kneeling Angels" at St. Mary Cemetery, 701 East Ross Avenue, Village of St. Bernard, Hamilton County, Ohio 45217.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held on Tuesday, August 12th from 12 to 3 pm at Wiedemann's, located at 4811 Vine Street, Cincinnati (St. Bernard), Ohio 45217. All who knew and loved Linda are welcome to attend and share memories, stories, and laughter in her honor. Her family looks forward to gathering with friends and loved ones to celebrate the joy she brought into their lives.

Linda will be remembered for her fierce love, quick wit, boundless generosity, and vibrant spirit. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
