Rosa Paolo

Rosa Paolo (nee Cipollone) was born on February 1, 1936 and died peacefully at Hospice Cincinnati on June 25, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Angelo Paolo. She leaves behind her beloved children Silvestro (Kim) Paolo, Antonio (Monica) Paolo, Maria (Randy) Powers and Lina (Neil) Hausfeld. Rosa was loving grandmother of Marissa Paolo, Sarah (Greg) Fetter, Angela (Vince) Reno, Hannah (Michael) Adkerson, Anthony Hausfeld, Isabella Hausfeld, Macina Hausfeld and step grandson Brandon Powers. She was so proud of her great granddaughter Elena Paolo and great step grandson Easton Reno. Rosa is survived by her siblings Maddalena Cipollone, Domenico (Anna Maria) Cipollone and so many treasured nieces, nephews and friends.

Rosa was born in Gallo, Italy and in 1968 immigrated to the US with her husband and four young children. She was an excellent seamstress and worked for many years in a tailor shop. She was an amazing cook and known for her excellent pasta sauce, rustic bread and Italian cookies. Rosa loved to host meals for all her family and friends. Once you sat at her table, you became family. Rosa was the heart and soul of the Paolo family and she will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved her.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church, 6539 Beechmont Ave. on Monday, June 30th at 10:30AM. Friends may visit the church from 9:30-10:30AM. Burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
