Sandra Diane "Sandi" Boehm, 53, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

A woman of unwavering devotion to her family, a generous heart, and deep faith, Sandi found joy in bringing happiness to others. A former schoolteacher who also taught art to young children, she loved sharing her creativity and making others feel special.

Affectionately known as the family's "cruise director," Sandi had a gift for turning ordinary moments into cherished memories. She loved planning celebrations, spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and embracing every bit of the Christmas season. Her greatest joy was being an aunt to Terry and Rylee, with whom she shared countless adventures, traditions, and laughter.

Despite lifelong health challenges, Sandi approached life with perseverance, humor, and a desire to make the most of every opportunity. She will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, generous spirit, and the love she poured into making life special for others.

Sandi is survived by her parents, Walter and Danara Boehm; her brothers, Michael and David (Michelle) Boehm; her sister, Amber Reese; her nephew, Terry Reese; her niece, Rylee Balduf; and her grandmother, Darlene Griefenstine.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 29, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Forestville Baptist Church, 1311 Nagel Road, with a funeral service immediately following at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, October 30, family and friends will gather at the church at 10:45 a.m. to proceed to Mt. Moriah Cemetery for a graveside service, followed by brunch at the church.
