Teresa M. Ayers (nee Pfeiffer) passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the age of 73.
She was the beloved wife of William L. Ayers for 55 years, loving mother of Jenny (Keith) Ingram, Joe (Mary) Ayers, dear grandmother of Kellen, Kiley, Kassie, Addie and Teresa "Reese", sister of Bill (the late Diane) Pfeiffer, the late Nancy (Don) Ernst and the late Carol Pfeiffer. Proud aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.
Teri was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard, where she proudly graduated from both St. Clement School and Our Lady of Angels in 1970. In 1971, she married William Ayers and began a life devoted to family.
Teri worked for many years at Nu-Maid in St. Bernard until its closing and later retired from Nu Tone in Blue Ash. No matter where she worked, her greatest role was being a devoted mother and grandmother.
Her life revolved around her children and her grandchildren-Kellen, Kiley, Kassie, Addie, and Reese. Teri was their biggest supporter and could always be found cheering them on at their sporting events. She was immensely proud of each of them and took great joy in encouraging their interests and accomplishments.
A lover of the beach, Teri cherished large family and friend gatherings in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which became treasured traditions over the years. She also enjoyed making special memories with her family during visits to Disney World. Time spent together meant everything to her.
Teri will be remembered for her devotion to family, her pride in her grandchildren, and the love and support she freely gave to those around her.
