Thomasine "Tommie" B. Miller, of Anderson Township, passed away on September 1, 2023.
Tommie was the love of Jerry Millers life and was married to her best friend for 65 years. Born and raised in Aliquippa, Pa, Tommie was a Duquesne University graduate with a degree in Education. She wore many hats with ease during her long and wonderful life. Outside of raising seven children, she served the church in many ways. Tommie tirelessly volunteered with everything from Meals on Wheels to being a founding member of the Anderson Hills Womens Club. In addition, she helped Jerry with the day to day running of their business, HiTech Polymers.
Some of Tommies favorite things to do included playing any kind of cards or games with her many good friends, her children or grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid bridge player, loved to travel and could have had a thriving career as a personal shopper.
If you met Tommie Miller you were instantly a friend. Her welcoming ways made you at ease in her presence while she fed you, beat you at cards or listened to what was going on in your life. There is a void that will never be filled with her absence.

Tommie was the devoted grandmother to Jack (Kaylan) Knauss, Lauren (Michael) Morrison, Mickey (Lily) Knauss, Jacqueline (Juli) Doppen, Alec (Tali) Knauss, Caroline McKinney, Kara Knauss, Emma Smith, Allie Smith, Ella Miller, Mia Smith, Katey Miller. Grandma-Grandma also adored her great grandchildren Addy Morrison, Jax Knauss, Zenny Knauss, Natalie Morrison, Mason Knauss, Demi Knauss and Val Doppen. Resident of Melbourne Florida and Anderson Township. Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church, Mt. Washington on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 10:30am.
