William "Bill" P. Rackley, Jr. Beloved husband of Judy Rackley (nee Hodge), loving father of Vickie (Tim) Bishop, Michelle (Chuck) Canter, Billy (Summer) Rackley and Melanie Harmon, proud grandpa of Andy, Neil, Steven, Brayden, Jacob, Garrett, Megan, Ally, Isaiah, Noah, Zoe and Sophia and great-grandpa of Everleigh, Bennett, Rowan, Maverick and Watson and caring brother of Janice (Ernie) Fowler. Also survived by many loving family and friends. Passed away on June 23, 2024 at age 72. Visitation on Friday June 28, 2024, 11am-12:30pm at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont, Ave, Mt.Washington. A private graveside service will be held.
