Shinkle (nee Sparling), devoted father of Cindy Pope and Randy (Heidi Welti) Shinkle, dear grandfather of Katie, Will, Mollie, Becca and Robbie. Residence Anderson Twp. Funeral Service at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Saturday, May 3 at 11AM. Friends may visit the funeral home on Saturday from 10-11AM. Private family burial. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati.
