TP White & Sons Funeral Home

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Peter Buswinka can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Canadian Fishing Trips

When we both worked at Kroger, Pete talked me and others into a week long fishing trip to a fly-in lake in Canada.  Actually we took several trips over the years, sometimes with only four of us and others with a more people.  The most memorable trip was one of these larger group trips where we took my sons who were about five and eight years old at the time.  Pete was like their uncle on that trip.  The trip was filled with many laughs and fun times.  Pete, never one to splurge on fishing equipment took a Zebco rod and reel that was on the very low end of quality, and by the end of the trip it was in parts and pieces.  Pete got his monies worth out of it , fer sur (a little Canadian lingo).  Pete was a central figure in perhaps the best compliment that I ever got from my sons when they told me that they really liked my friends.
