Carlyn Irene "Kit"  Witschger
Witschger, Carlyn Irene (nee Carson), beloved wife of Dwight Witschger for 59 yrs., passed away on April 20, 2017, in Milford, OH. She was originally from Poquoson, VA. Carlyn was a volunteer at the Shriners Hospital for Children and a member of Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America-Bona Court #8 for 25 yrs. Carlyn was born in Poquoson, VA to Kathleen and Clifford Carson on March 20, 1939. She graduated from Poquoson High School in 1958. She was married to Dwight Witschger on June 6th 1958. She retired from Federated Dept. Stores where she worked as a seamstress. Carlyn was preceded in death by her mother and father and sister Susan. She is survived by her husband Dwight, daughters Theresa White, Darlene Barker (Larry) and Denise Tyoe, grandmother of 4, great-grandmother of 6 and great-great grandmother of 1, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials to Shriners Hospital of Cincinnati or Hospice of Cincinnati. Memorial Service will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Wed. April 26 at 8:00 P.M. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 P.M.
